Payment Policy:
All payments are checkout in USD and shown by default in USD. Prices seen on the page can be automatically converted from USD to your local currency via your wifi connection.
Return & Exchange Policy:
Here at Browsluv, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us at support@shapermale.com and we will do our best to make it right.
Timeframe:
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please do so within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at support@shapermale.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Refunds:
If you are approved for a refund, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) within 10 business days. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us at support@shapermale.com  with your order details and intentions of returns/exchanges. Before returning any item, please contact us for confirmation and instructions.
Sale Items:
We accept returns or exchanges on sale items within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. However, please note that shipping costs for returning or exchanging sale items will be the responsibility of the customer.
Defective/Damaged Product:
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will require photo evidence of the defect or damage. If the claim is substantiated, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund.
